Whenever I make a new discussion in the soccer interest, my points don't go up. They just stay the same. Can anyone help me on this?

They don't go up UNTIL your new topic receives 2 responses (or 1 comment + 1 response). That number is NOT a post count. Read about it here: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq11.aspx#1

You can test it for yourself. It works like this. You get 1 number added when you: - start a new topic AFTER it receives 2 responses (or 1 response + 1 comment) - you respond for the first time on a discussion started by others - you comment on a response on a discussion started by others. It decreases when you lose posts due to deletion. That number is not related to your earnings.

Soccer maybe a nice scoring game but its only on the field!! And the score counts only when you follow the rules!! So i would say the same thing applies here!! Cheer up mate don't go around counting all you achievements!! Let some deeds remain unaccounted!!

You need to read the faq's and guidelines to understand how mylot works. If you post a discussion, and you don't get any responses, then you don't be paid for it, and if you get responses, then it behooves you to comment back to the responses you receive, as you only earn for what you do and not what others do. I know you are new and probably aren't aware of how things work, and that is why I mentioned the faq's and guidelines. I would suggest you read them before posting anymore discussions so you know how things work in here. Good luck to you though, and happy mylotting.

@keepr you are right that topics need replies to earn points.

I thing you are done with the requirements of a discussion already in this case.In this case your point should go up.
