I have scrambled eggs & toast. I have to be careful since I have diabetes.

some time i take heavy breakfast, but usualy i take light depends on my hunger

usually i will take direct lunch at 11.30.but if your dinner is light and had taken early u ll feel hungry at 7 itself

no, i just have some bread for my breakfast..its too rush to have my breakfast..so bread is the easier 1..and its have lot flavour..i dont like to eat lot..its too full and make me feel sleepy..hehe

U know what..am a punjabi and in punjabi families they normally start their day with parathans(oily wheat chapati), and if u dont eat parathans in the morning u feel as if u have not had nothing for break fast.so u c it basically depends on what background ur from and what r ur habits.What say...??

i didn't get what u r tryin to point out......do u mean that sum ppl don't have heavy breakfast because in their culture,background from where they come from don't eat much in the morning....
On regarding what you said i have a friend who is a punjabi soni juneja ......leaving her grandmom n few member have heavy breakfast ,but soni ,her siblings,her parents go for a light breakfast........
I personally think that it does not depend from what background u r frm ,it just varies from peron to person....

I dont like to have a heavy breakfast because it makes me slow and lazy, I like to have a nice light and healthy breakfast so I can stay active through out the day and eat healthy types of food to give my body a nice even flow supply of energy.

Well that depends
If it is for weekdays i usually have a light Breakfast to satite my hunger
Rather if it is a weekend, i prefer to have a heavy breakfast

no, most of the time i just have some toast, maybe on the weekends i will make pancakes or eggs. I'm not much of a morning person.

Yes, I always have some nice breakfast as that gives me energy for the rest of the day. Just ove having a nice breakfast! Have a nice day! ganandoplata
