In our modern and fast paced lifestyle, most of us experience stress, resort to poor diet which can weaken our immune system and thereby increasing the chances of getting cancer. The proper balance of food and minerals in our body is a vital factor in our health and wellness.To maintain that balance is through good nutrition and right diet.

Your right my friend "Health is the foundation of life". But nowadays, people could not do "good eating habits" due to modern lifestyle or people were to busy to buy a right food to eat and preferred to eat a canned food, a ready to eat food, an easy to cook food which has a lot of preservatives that could damage to our cells and may cause diseases.

I agree with you that a properly balanced diet is very important to our health. I've been very careful trying to instill this kind of eating habit in my kids so that they grow up as healthy as possible. In addition to healthy eating, regular exercise is also very important. Between soccer, swimming, and good old fashioned running around, my kids get plenty of exercise.

yes, exercise is one ways of stress management. regular exercise will prevent depression and improved your self-esteem. you look physically fit and feel better. Regular exercise also fights chronic diseases like high blood pressure. Regular exercise also manage on removing bad cholesterol.
