If you are waking up in the night because your hungry maybe you should try taking some form of sleeping pills or benedryl to make you fall asleep for the whole night therefor you wont wake up in the night to be hungry. If you are eating all of your dinner then you shouldnt be hungry at night. I do have a snack in bed while falling asleep but nothing to big to make me not be so hungry when i wak eup in the morning. Trying eating a bigger dinner or eating all of eat and then some sleep formulas that will help you out. Im not sure what else you can do but try exercising before you head into the shower before heading to bed and that might make you tired enough to not wake up in the middle night to eat. YOu have to exahust youself to sleep at night.

Hlgmdt is right. Mind setting. It's takes time to achieve your goal. Simple equation watch out your food intake + exercise = lose weight.

LOL this is so funny coz you’re exactly like me. OMG, I just wish my metabolism rate was fast enough like my digestion rate... as it is I'm a small eater and cant eat large meals at one go.... but I just feel so hungry an hour later. The same happens at night... most of the times I feel hungry around midnight and wake up... so nowadays, I keep a tin of low fat fibre biscuits by my bed. I just have a few of those, drink a little more water that usually, and that’s it! Maybe you too can keep a tin of such biscuits with you.

I've had nights where I've woken up feeling like I'm starving and if I don't eat something right away then I'll never get back to sleep. Instead of getting something to eat, I usually get a glass of water. It calms my hunger pangs down enough so that I can get back to sleep and then when I wake up in the morning I have breakfast as usual. I don't know if it would work for you but you could try it.

well i used to be like that before i took my diet seriously. all you got to do is to control yourself from eating. if i am tempted to eat something for dinner, i just drink a lot of water and just sleep out my appetite. i suggest you that instead of eating rich and fatty snacks at mid night, eat some apple and drink a lot of water, it won't increase your weight even a single pound for sure. or just any fruit rich in fiber like banana, etc. for breakfast, just take some oats. and then boost your eating skills during lunch time. just try not to take anything for dinner, just a piece of fruit and a lot of water will take effect on your diet, plus some sit ups and certain exercises that would make you go fit.
