how can upload a new photo as my profile picture

can any one help me.i dont know how to upload a new profile picture.i try but i cant find please help me you all know that i am a new user

actually, I am a newcomer here, too. so i think that is great because we can share some common interests and experience which can make us more skillful in the future.
