How do you ":share" a Helium article? / myLot

I am new to Helium, and can't figure out how to share my articles--either to facebook, or my own email account. I saw the widget feature, but that only shares the top story in each category. Is there any way to share my own individual article?

Hello, Suzie. I don't do technical either, but somebody walked me through the Twitter ritual. You can either just copy the Helium URL into a Tweet as it is, or you can put up a sentence such as 'my latest article,' followed by the URL. Not sure about Facebook or anything else, but I'm sure someone will be able to help.

Thanks--I'll try that for facebook. Remember the good old days when you just wrote something and it got published?????
