The UN through its Tax Equalization Fund, owes the US $180 million for overpayments. We are worried how to pay debt??
So, why havent we been repaid? Because our esteemed government has not instructed them how and where we want it. I wonder what we are waiting for

Did you vote in the YouCut this week? This one was on the list. I just shook my head at every single proposal this week; how can our government be so lax, so dam* stupid with my/our money? This week's list p*ssed me off so bad, I fired back a comment/suggestions on where they could make additional cuts...like cut all funding to the U.N. and to tell them to find a new location. Another YouCut proposal was to stop giving economic aide to countries who hold more than $50 billion of our debt! Are you kidding me? We're actually giving China economic aide! My suggestion: Stop economic aide to anyone who owns any amount of U.S. debt. Stop economic aide to any country who's opposed us in the U.N. I'm tired of giving money to countries in one hand, while they slap us with the other one. They better put all the proposals on YouCut up for vote this week...not just one.

The purpose of YouCut is to vote on one piece of legislation to be cut every week. This is a good way for people to how a few million dollars her and an few million there can add up and by cutting them we can have an impact on the government spending. If you are interested in having a say on what programs to cut you can sign up for YouCut and weekly you will receive an email where you can vote your choice. If you are liberal or conservative you can have a say in ways to save your tax money from being spent in ways you feel are foolish. They are also looking for suggestions of what to cut.

Yes, I get the e-mail every week. And every week I vote for cutting all of the ones they've proposed and generally I add a few. Why they only do one a week is beyond me. Why not do everything they've identified every week? It sure would add up a lot faster... Thanks.

On an unrelated note: I wonder if we can pay the UN $180 million to go the F away!
