How to put the photos on the acount

I have tried a lot but i m not able to post photos on my profile .
Plz tell me how to upload and post photos on the profile page

I have this problem too,I think someone told me here that you should reach a minimum number of discussion or star rating so that you can post pictures.

I was having this trouble couple days ago as well. Go to Preferences then you will find it.
