Anybody know how the discussions are rated in Mylot?

I am getting a doubt continuously how earnings are calculated in Mylot. I am starting new discussions, replying to other discussions, rating others discussions etc. My dollars are getting added daily. But not sure how and in what logic it is getting added. Just share here anybody know the logic behind it.

dear kguru, I am also new to this one. But i think according to quality of our discussion and rating given to us, we get benefited. So try to put qualitative responds and enjoy mylotting. Thanks
