my dad could easily fall asleep anywhere. but he has a problem of snoring while sleeping and i'm worried that there might be a problem concerning his health, specifically his breathing or respiration. is snoring while sleeping an indication of a health problem? is there ways to cure or lessen his snoring problem? please feel free to post your insights on this. i'd really appreciate your suggestions and comments.

Hi nyka! Snoring can be an indication of a sleep disprder called sleep apnea. I tkind of depends on how much or how bad he snores though. It is also no reason to panic. There are different levels of the sleep apnea and it sometimes never even requires treatment. You should look it up for the symptoms and treatments. There are also some things you can get at the pharmacy here. One is a nose strips. They are just little strips that you put across your nose before bed..they are a little stiff and will hold the nasal canals open a little more.

Hi, I remember i snored last time it was because of cough in my throat. Few people snore because of nose problem like sinus. It also because of sleeping style but i sleep on one side, Thank god!!
