Food Supplement

It is true that the food we take in today are not as nutritious as it used to be. that's why food supplements were invented. Do you take food supplements? If yes are they organic, or do you feel stronger, healthier when taking them? There are thousands of food supplement out there to choose from. I've taken some of them most often the good ones meaning those that really have an immediate effect on the body are the expensive ones. Right now, I just try to eat healthy as much as I can and take supplements from time to time as the budget allows.

Indeed there are some nutrients like trace minerals and such which we sometimes don't get from the food that we eat. It all depends on our diet, really. You could try out some "specialized" food supplements if you feel that you're not getting enough of your daily nutritional requirement. Eat right, live healthy!

Yes, food suppliment is necessary for health but remember too much use of suppliment is harmful for health, search web about this, i use only multivitamins which take once a day and i feel fresh after take this, its better to take healthy diet, more fruits and vegetables and and include a glass of milk everyday and try to less the quantity of food suppliment.

Our daily intake of food doesn't assure us that we take the required daily requirement of some vitamins essential to the body like vitamin C . So in order to assure us of that, we have to take a vitamin supplement . I, in particular, when i had my total Abdominal Histerectomy, i was prescribed by my doctor to have vitamin supplements, because the operation ( they removed my uterus and ovaries ) resulted to my early menopause, despite my younger age by then. So, i followed her prescribed vitamins and since then i was in good health condition. But i do take my vitamin C in generic form because it's cheaper. When i get to forget taking Vitamin C for a day or two my gums would feel weak that it would hurt. So i take them religiously to avoid being that.

I"m a big fan of healthy nutrition and not a big believer in food supplements because it's very simple to give our body all the things it needs only by the suitable food. I shop for food only if all of its ingredients are 100% natural and i don't eat white flower bread because it has no nutritional values. I am feeding my body every day with carbohydrate, proteins and minersls so my body doesn"t need anyfood supplements. I recommend you to read some articles about healthy nutrition and to eat healthy and then you won't have to spend your money on any food supplement. take care...

Hello Neriz, Yes, it is very much true that the food we eat is not as nutritious as it used to be earlier. Some also claim that the reason behind this could be global warming. And as you said, for this reason only, the food supplements or the dietary supplements for that matter was invented. It is a good thing to have some supplementary nutritions to balance the body and keep ourself healthy, but then, these supplements too have a lot of side effects if you don't take it properly. Few people fall prey to these things and take too much of these nutritions and face a lot of problems in their life, mentally and physically. Thats why you need to consider the doctor's advice on the quantity of the supplements you need to take! Hi Neriz69 I too accept your feelings. Because i too have same feelings. I used to give my family only raw food like fruits, veg, nuts pulses, grains etc., I think its very useful to our body. weekly ones we prefer cooking food. Otherwise we are in Natural food only. Its create our antibody cells in good manner. Our diseases will come down and it will out from our body.
