I love Dr. Oz's show

I can't help it. I love Dr. Oz's show. He has so many good ideas to keep us healthy. I record his show daily that way if I am not at home to watch it, I can watch it later on. I have learned a lot from his show, too.
How many of you watch the Dr. Oz Show? What have you learned? Am I the only crazy one who records the show whether or not they are home to see it?

Hello!
I am a doctor, and i love to find new products and information to help my patients, especially if those pieces of information come from nature, or if they make their lives easier in any way and not increase the level of stress on their cells and mind.
I watched the show you talk about and it's very useful and easy to watch. I got some new ideas from it, so i thank you for that.
