It's incredible ...
Without Indonesian, there is information that can not be accepted inhabitants of the archipelago. All the stupid, clueless about computers, lack of wisdom, do not know anything and squirt.
With the Indonesian then all people learn and get the correct information and appropriate.
So if the calculated number of population across the African continent alone a total of only 300M people with different languages, while in Indonesia there are 250 Million people receive information in one language, namely the Indonesian language. Clearly the influence of dong in this world.

The primary function of language in general in my opinion is a tool for communication.
Furthermore, in relation to spatial context, language also becomes a kind of identity component of a culture and civilization.
From these indications can be elaborated extensively on the functions and role of the Indonesian language; besides as a communication tool, also became a kind of cultural identity of a unitary state.

I think language is the soul of every community. It's a means of communication, a successful communications can not be reached without having an effective language. it's a tool for education, too. It's a medium of transfer of knowledge and ideas. No community can exist with out a language. This is an integral part of a community!

Indonesian language important in the unity of our country because with the Indonesian language we can communicate with our distant relatives in Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua, imagine if we do not have Indonesian then our country is composed of the islands could not communicate with other people it will not create unity among people on other islands.

Language has a big role in the formation of character (character building) a community, including the downside. Last fact, man was unable to obtain and to actualize himself through language. That's because the main notions of the spoken words and sentences already mastered the dominant forces. Existing strengths in the community has been formed into a country with a government in it. Not just in television, newspaper front pages, but also in the household and even in our own bodies.
