I'm interested in gpt sites and wanted to get a list of your favourite sites. Which one's pay the best, credit the quickest and also if any pay via paypal although not a must. They need to be open to the UK though. Also is there any bonus for signing up referrals how many levels does the referral scheme work for. Any suggestions welcome thanks in advance.
