Opinion needed to dispute with Onbux...

I am a upgraded member in onbux with 1000+ rented referrals.I requested the payment of $60.00 more than a week ago.Still they have not paid me. I don't think they will pay. Now they stopped instant payments. They told to pay the members in 24/48 hours..Then it became 24/48 business hours. Then it became 7/9 business days. Also they don't allow the members to post about the payment issues or payment delays. If we do so we will be banned from the forum. In addition to that our payment request will be canceled and will be considered as a new request made on that day of making post in the forum(about payment issue)or on the date of sending support tickets for payments. This clearly indicates that they became scam almost. They have added 62% of the members to their white list in less than 4 days. But they are not able to make any decision about the rest of the 32% members even after 10 days. Its really unbelievable. In the payment proof page we are not able to see the payments only less than $50.00. Most of the payments are in the range of $2.00 - $4.00 only. Many of the upgraded members are being banned for some fake reasons like multiple accounts or for the violation of terms. Most of the members who make posts about the poor rented referral average and payment delay are being banned from forum. They have some idiotic moderators who used to close the topic even if we ask anything eventhough its not about payments. They used to make only the standard replies and close the topics without allowing any one to reply.. I feel that they are making delay just to make the members to loose the opportunity to dispute with PayPal or AlertPay. I am having option of disputing with both AP and PP for the amount of $75.00+..But I had the opportunity to dispute for more then $120.00 few days back..As the days are passing I am loosing the chance of disputing..What to do?Can I start disputing with PP and AP against Onbux? Will they pay us?

Lots of people are having payment issue on Onbux.com..many people who has upgrade account complained that they got suspended for no reason and some because of high earning.I think money is not flowing into their program and thus they are on verge to go scam.

I am very sorry all this is happening. I just answered a discussion while thinking that onbux was absolutly legit, but what you are telling us is terrible. I have not invested at onbux much but still we are all entitled to our money I donĀ“t know what to tell you about the path to follow. I just hope it all ends well for you.

They are using the same method than UpBux and GagaBux. First they invoked cheaters -- cheaters are their problem, and a serious site victim of cheaters would not say a word about them... if they exist --, then they suppressed the freedom of speech in the forum and began to ban members. The 'n' business day rule is not here to stop the disputes but to win the disputes : if you are in their delay, you can't begin disputing, and you can be too late at this moment. If your ROI is already positive, I think that you can wait. If it is negative, I would begin the dispute. You will probably recover more easily your money with PayPal than with AlertPay, and you have only 30 days to start it with AlertPay : don't wait until the last day.

Yes..I will wait only two days more to dispute with them.If they fail to make the payment I will file dispute with both alertpay and paypal. The site which changes their terms as and when and as they like will never be a legitimate site.Onbux became scam almost now. They are just paying only $2.00 to the standard members who don't have any more referrals.Others are not paid and they are not going to be paid also. Thanks for your suggestion.

No you shouldn't dispute because there is no chance that a company with such high earnings to become scam and not pay your payment. And besides there are people who have invested far more than you and haven't disputed, and also it is said that if you dispute they will bann your account. And my question to you is have you used multiple accounts, change ip with proxies or something like that,if you haven't there is nothing to worry about.
