According to a philosopher, we are living in the process so that we are never the same with us an hour ago. What is your opinion?

Similar but not exact, But ask again, what we call 'self' that? try to absorb the meaning of this word; - my body - My feelings - etc. I interpret the word 'I' as what we call 'self', aka something that has a body and feelings. If so his case 'self' we remain, which may change is what we have; say the body, feelings etc.. 'Body' of our own 100% change every year with new cells, so if we change one cell at what time?, that's what happened; the spiritual we do not change

Depending on one's feelings, whether he is angry, sad, happy, and others, A small child also must understand if the ice cream which he held an hour ago it was not like the handle of the buffer timber of ice cream.

i think i would believe that we can never be as we are like a few hours ago.. of course we could have lost a few strands of hair in the process.. or i am taking it too literally? hehe

This is actually an interesting thought. It's something that I haven't really thought about. When you actually think about it, there is some truth to this statement. I'm different from an hour ago.

According to one study, the wrinkles on the skin will increase every 1 second, so if already an hour, you can imagine how many wrinkles imaginable, so, of course we who are now definitely not the same with us on an hour earlier.

yes philosophy is quite right, we change always i don't belive in the time as recommended rather we had change in us within seconds. The change too depend on the condition in which we live as well our environment.

Well, literally I was completely different from who I am right now. I mean, I was irritated and impatient few hours ago. On a more serious note, I must say I'd agree with the philosopher whoever he was. I'm sure he said it metaphorically so yeah, we are not the same as who are now an hour ago. Everything changes with time.
