Can you review a person in yelp or reviewstream?

So, I check on yelp.com, they have many reviews on those businesses, and places people had been to, I also wonder would they accept review on certain people? That is one of my weird thought on this. I would like to write reviews on certain people, there maybe other people should know about certain people, and be careful with them. Like those scammers or similar case.
I also wonder would reviewstream also accept those reviews on certain people too? Or they simply would simply reject it? I would very much like to write a review on those bad people or scammers, and tell them to watch out cautiously.

I'm not familiar with yelp.com... In reviewstreams however, you can review a person but I think they only accept reviews of popular public figures like actors, politicians, etc. Though I wish there's a site where you can posts online scammers but it's really hard since it's very easy to hide or change your identity online. :(

I also wish there is a website I can review on particular person, even your own friend. Eventually, they become your own enemy. They became selfish, and trying to scam you for the profit they gain. I despise those people in reality. If there is no such website exists, I might consider create one on my own.

Yeah I don't know about this. I used to write for review stream a little but I never read anything about writing on specific people. I would think you wouldn't be able to do this as you could just make random people up and write constant reviews. Businesses are different as they can be verified to be real.

well then, I guess that I can review a certain person and give people some warning when they get acquainted with those people. It might be important to know a certain people's characteristics to be friend with them.
