Do you think phonesex should be legal?

Back in the late 1980s the Democrat controlled congress tried to stop paid phonesex. It had passed the house and senate and I believe was signed by Reagan. It was taken to court and ruled unconstitutional as long as someone had to pay with a credit card or phone bill to prove they were 18.
I personally think it should be legal. Congress has no business telling people what they can and cannot do with their speech and livelihood. One of the problems is that credit cards are so easy to get these days. Parents should be a bit more responsible though and check to see what their kids are using their credit cards and phones for. They leave it for the police state.

Yes because no one will have aids from it, No one will get pregnant from it, Its just dirty talking and a fast way to earn money. I knew a woman in this business and guess what she is still a virgin, she is never abused and she likes this job because its not as stressful as telemarketing, She will just flirt on phone and make the client hear what he wanted to hear, as she talks dirty to the phone, she is doing her favorite hobby which is cross stitching or reading a book. One of her officemates is playing PSP while talking tot he clients.
This Job can be also done at home....
On the other hand the customers who calls this services were kinda dumb if they think they were talking to naked sexy woman doing the real thing because that aint the case.
