EasyHits4U is by far the best site on the net that I'm aware of and meeting all your requirements. I'm going to assume you're already a member and are looking for something that offers the same. Well, honestly, you won't find it. EasyHits is in a class all to itself. Sure there are other sites that offer what you're looking for...........if you're an upgraded member. lol. Are you looking for traffic exchanges that also pay? Or simply want the features that you're looking for? EasyHits is the ONLY paying TE that has such a low payout of $3 (for free or upgraded members). Most of the others you have to reach $20 or $25 to get paid and that can take you a year, depending on how much you actually surf. Most of the time, the surf ratio is 2:1 or even 3:1 so you HAVE to surf more in order to promote your own sites. Virtually all of them have tier ref systems but again, you get better rates as an upgraded member. So.....what's the most important aspect to you? Making money or having a decent ratio to show your PTP sites? For now, look into something like www.homingpigeontraffic.com They're pretty new and offer the features you're looking for. Payout is $8. 1:1 ratio. Can promote your PTP's and if you surf 500 sites in one day, you get a free year long upgrade. Like I said, they're new so I can't tell you if they actually pay or not. I haven't reached the payout yet. Again, if you give more specifics about what's important to you in a TE, we could probably all give you better suggestions. Good luck!

Most of TE didn't allow PTP to be add on their rotators, or the ptp it self didn't allowed to be added on the TE. Add me to get more detail about the site that you want to get, I have a site that more then you want, cause it send real visitor to our site. Not just a viewer like TE.
