Is bux3.com a scam?

I have a account in bux3.com i have some balance left in it.When i try to cashout they say it will take 30 days. I joined thinking of instant payout now i am confused whether to continue using it or no. My friend told me that it is legit and then i joined it but now i am not sure if anyone can help me plz do?

I think this program does not SCAM but you do have to work hard to refer people to join, to site that provide guidance to make money on the internet, you can see in http://caridollar.tk
