I have seen how insomnia can make people no longer able to judge thing correctly. That make me wonder how a lonely people with insomnia get help. If you have partner, you can ask them to be patient with what you do during worse night. But what happen if you don't have one? Would you ever wondering why you wear sleeping dress on your way out of town? Or wonder who water your flower with coffee? When you know you do thing unconsciously, would you go to hospital ?

probably i would get help rather than just stare blankly at the wall clock. well that's the very first thing we should be doing if you know for yourself that there is something wrong with yourself, see your doctor, get some help, and seek important advices for your life to get back to normal. i usually do things unconsciously, but not worse like watering plants with a coffee. LOL. it's something that we consider to be less serious than what you have mentioned above.

Thank you. I ask because I watch some of the people with insomnia get disoriented if they can not get brief sleep for days. Brain need rest, and it seems when brain working continuously, it start to produce halucination.
