opportunities for out of school youth and drop outs

I believe that out of school youth and drop outs should be given skills training should they opted not to pursue formal education. Teach them marketing and business ideals, and other kinistetic skills. Or they be given scholarships or educational subsidies should the reason for their being out of school is poverty. Or give them a good and effective teacher, since sometimes a kid goes out of school because of the teacher's fault.

There is always an opportunity to be found for those who have dropped out of school. It is never too late to finish what we start. Sometimes we can find a new way to achieve our goals. We should never let a dream die., Education is too important to give up on.
