Finally The Heart broken Sreesanth get the call in world cup squad.
Although the Captain dont like him much finally he somehow managed to have a place in the squad with Munaf, Zaheer and Nehra.
now it will be interesting to watch will he get into the playing eleven?
I dont feel that Sreesanth is better than praveen, but i certainly feels that he is better than Nehra and remaining Ishanth and all other new comers.
but will he be a success in the Indian pitches??
thats a big question?
Sreesanth is an aggressive wicket taking bowler, but his economy is not very good for ODI's, His economy gets more worse when he bowls in Indian pitches.
but he is the only one who can be called as a fast bowler in Indian pitches.
All other Indian bowlers can only deliver medium fast in Indian pitches.
but as we now Indian pitches dont support fast bowling, so bowlers must keep good line and length always and that will be another problem sree will be facing.
so it will Sreesanth be a success in Indian Pitches??

I think the more important question is whether he will get to play or not?
Looking at the situation, its very unlikely that he will get to play. If India decides to go with 3 seamers, they will be Khan, Patel and Nehra.
Its very difficult for Sreesanth to get a chance. But if he does get one, he should make full use of it and prove his selection to be right one.

Dear Venkit,
Sreesanth was arguably the best bowler for us in the South African test series. His economy is on the higher side in one dayer's, I agree. But currently he is our best option. I think the names for the World Cup has been picked and fortunately or unfortunately Sreesanth's name is also there. Let us for once back him up, and forget his foolish behaviors in the past. he might just do it for us.
Right now all we can do, and all we should do is show faith in our players, and hope that they perform out there.
I think if most of them put out their best as a team, there is a good chance that we will win the world cup..!!!

As you have mentioned Sreesanth is an aggressive bowler. The problem with Dhoni is that he has got his favorites, and he likes to stick to the same old team. The sad fact is, he has not given a chance to R.Ashwin in South africa, and the irony is he is one of the top bowlers for Chennai Super Kings, of which Dhoni is the captain.Sreesanth will certainly be a success and he has to be given chances, and has to be played. The problem is Munaf, Zaheer and Nehra are also equally bowling well, and because of this, Sreesanth, might find it difficult to get into the team.

If we think of Dhoni's mind , it seems that he somewhat has a personal dispute with Sreesanth that is why when selectors asked him that who should praveen be replaced with he said ""no Sreesanth , I want Vinay kumar "". Thats ridiculuous for a bowler who is into the team from 6 years and has given many match winning performances in australia , t-20 world cup in South africa and V/s Sril Lanka
