Any good recipe ideas using soya?

Hi my lotters
I have decided to cut back on the amount of meat in my diet,many supermarkets sell all kinds of soya based products,and tofu.
Does any my lotter have any recipes using soya or tofu to make main course meals, and desserts.

Try to find a recipes in the net: allrecipes.com, ivillagefood, and other sites that caters with tofu and soya. Some in Chinese recipes.
