Well, I've shared before as some of you might know that we do online selling. Having that said, we ship a lot of things out as that's part of the nature of our work. Some days my wife & I will just have laughs over the weird addresses we come across. Today, yet again I come across a very interesting & hilarious one. Since it's in Malay, I'll just put it down & translate it after that. So here's the address that inspired this discussion:
"Jalan Raja Dewa Telipot" which is in Malay when translated literally means "King of Teleporting Deities Road"
Hahaha!~
So have anyone of you come across funny addresses that you might remember, or even the current place you're staying has a hilarious pun sounding connotations or however you want to put it. Please do share some laughs here

haha =D That's funny! It means they are teleporting the entire road?? haha =D I might have came across some stuffs like that, but then again maybe not?? haha =D Due to langauge barriers, and some things are not meant for direct translation, thus resulting in such jokes appearing out of nowhere.. lol =D It's especially the case when one does a direct translation from english to chinese, because alot of weird funny stuff would come from it.. haha

Hahaha~!~
I guess many of the names of places somehow has some connections. As the for dentists, that only their parents can answer to that, hahaha~! Oh, we have a Zoo Road here, I wonder whether the circus was there or the residents were making weird noices every morning as I'm pretty certain there was no physical zoo there before

LOL @ Teleporting Deities. How did you get the translation though?
I once passed by a village of a certain town with the name "MALINAWON". In Visayan (one of the dialects here in PI), it means, "PEACEFUL". And guess what? It is where the town's cemetery is located.

So far I have only shipped to US addresses so I have not encountered weird and or pun type sounding areas. I do however, get werd requests if I could possibly ship to all sort of world wide places.
I laugh each time as my items say FREE US shipping only but still people ask if I can ship just anywhere really.
