i've been thinking for several times how to help my grandmother to see a doctor. she's 70+ yrs. old and have cataract. she can't see anymore because of this. You know, we are not rich or my relatives dont have decent source of income that is why we cant afford the operation. I only heard the news when we went into our province. From that time, i keep on thinking how i can help her. I even think to ask for help to GMA foundation, but i have my work and i am not sure if they will assist us when we ever get there. I love my grandmother and i want for her to enjoy her remaining life here. It gets me frustrated. If only i have enough money to help her...i would do it on my own. Or only if i knew some foundation or institution that could help her, i would try to...i wish i could.

Well, this may be a welcome news for you. If you live near CAMANAVA area, try to contact The Chinese Free Clinic Foundation, they have free cataract operation program and you can enroll your grandmother with them. The PHILHEATH also have this program for senior citizens, check your PHILHEATH and enrolled your grandmother as lifetime benificiary, visit any Philhelath office near you and they can help you. We have enrolled our dear mother in this program and she's undergoing process before undergoing operation. Hope this will help!

Pray God and He will help you. Just trust and believe in what you pray. Ask Him for the forgiveness of your sins and your grandmother's, and them ask Him to help you with that difficult situation your family is living. Trust in Him and in your prays, for you to receive what you need.

Very sad to know about your grandma's condition. You are a very thoughtful grand- daughter, and I certainly wish you will find a way to help your grandma. In any case, I am sure she knows that she has a very caring grand-daughter. Best wishes to you !
