How Good Is Windows Vista?

Do you think it will be worth upgrading from XP to Vista? Also which version would you recommend? I am thinking of going for the Ultimate edition just because it has everything - would it be worth getting? Is Vista just a clone of Mac OSX? What new inovation is there in Vista?

vista will be good but it will require heavy hardware be prepared to churn out some bucks
