Playing badminton will keep a person fit and healthy. It is one of the blooming sports of today. Many countries around the world have been producing very strong and competitive players. To become the best player of the world will also mean being fit and healthy in the mental aspect, emotional aspect and of course, most importantly in the physical aspect. The these three aspects are present and meet a person is already half way to his success.

Actually I strted playing badminton during summer when I was still in high school. I can sy that its the best tim to start a very interestinh summer. But badminton ain't just for summertime, badminton can be played anytime and any day of the year. .

Yes, we should stay fit and healthy in every facet of our life. I'm not so much into sports but I exercise and jog regularly to stay fit. With our busy life and dependence on fastfoods, our time for physical activities becomes set aside, but I exercise as often as possible.

i encourage you to play badminton. its not only your physical aspect which will gain such fitness but the mental aspect of yours as well. . playing badminton ain;t that hard anyway, you will enjoy and at the same time burn those fatty scids you have in your body. .

I agree, let's stay fit and healthy and yes badminton is one of the way to do it. My eldest son plays badminton for his school and yes that is a tough sport. I also agree that it is not only the physical that we should develop but also the mental state

Playing badminton is quite a rigorous exercise but it fits your whole body to move. Great for outdoor games. It releases tension and boredom.

Badminton nowadays is played indoors. More fun and more fats will be burned. Tensions are eliminated. I tell you badminton is a very helpfull exercise.

Me and my co-workers are currently having a twice a week session every after work. We work on graveyard, and this game is basically a stress releiver for us at the same time keeps us fit.
