My Friend Nearly Died Last Night!!

How do u help someone who just cannot cope at times. His mothere said she will him under the mental health act does anyone know how she does it, is it the police she goes to,as he isnt in hospital. Who can tell me what to tell her as she is really worried,t and was really un-well last night.

I really can't get a grip on this. Call professionals or go to one and ask for help. State the mother's condition. I'm sure they'll know what to do with it.
