Can I be pregnant?

My husband and I have been TTC for approx 7 mo now. I've been tracking my BBT and using OPK's and I know I ovulate on day 16. I'm usually always on time only maybe 1 day before or 1 day after my expected period but that's too far in between when this happens it's mainly on the day very early in the morning that AF comes to visit! but this time I'm 2 days late; my period usually comes on day 28 and this is day 31, so almost 3 days late. I don't feel different other then I feel some cramps early in the morning as though I am going to start my period but nothing, yesterday and the day before my breas felt sore but thats it; sometimes my breas do feel that way when I am to start my period though. I went to the docs last fri (2/4) b/c I felt I had a UTI, so he took a preg test and it came out neg (4 days before my expected period) so he gave me some meds to treat the UTI, I finished them on Sun morning, that was my last pill. I took another HPT yesterday (b/c now I'm late) but it came out neg! I'm not sure, I'm confused...my temp for yesterday and today went down to the temp it would be before I ovulate, so that got me even more confused on why my period hasn't come or why these HPT's are coming out neg. Could I still be preg? Or could I be late b/c of the UTI? Thanks for your help!
