Excercise is good to. Fruit, vegetables. Bake your food don't fry them. Do not ever eat or only eat one or two big meals . Have 3 well balanced and cut out the junk food.

Hey Reed201084, your right when you are on a diet they say eat 6 meals a day but not big ones. You can do 3 but, I would recommend for people to eat the most heaviest meal in the morning or other words breakfast time. and eat a mid size meal around lunch time. at dinner eat some thing but enough to keep you happy and filled. but I would consider it to be a light dinner. during and between these time drink a V8 and have some fruit as a snack or eat one of those special K bars. and take vitamins as well. get lots of sleep and be active through out the day and take a nap once a day its good for the heart. and get good sleep.

Hey mamibevs, I have lost weight in the past and I have lost a total of 102 pounds. How Eating healthy and being active. Just do what the Doctor wants you to do haha or any health person will say eat Healthy and Exercise haha It Truly works and it worked for me im a example. I ate my Fruits, which IM sure you know Apples, Grapes (my Favorite) Pears, etc Vegies, Carrots, tomatoes, etc. Meats, Fish is the best, Beef but some fat but not too much. Dairy, Milk Cheese Bread, Wheat and Whole Grain. Doing all this will help you lose weight :)

No problem I wish you the best on your goal of losing weight Im sure you can do it even though I dont know you well just have will power. And tell yourself no sometimes. but dont strave yourself and treat yourself on your favorite snack or something. but dont over do it. :)
