Im planning to buy a camera. I would love to get some DSLR but I dont have the funds yet so ill be settling for a digital cam. I'm looking for one that is sturdy, takes great pics with ISO options, and with the least tendency to vibrate after a long use. Do you guys have any suggestions?

DSLR is stll the best. if you could wait then that would be good. But if you're really eager to buy one, I would suggest Sony cybershot. It takes good pictures and the quality is excellent. =)

I have both so I would suggest maybe if you could wait til you can get a DSLR as they are so much better...I have had a couple of digital cameras and used other peoples and they all seem to have a slight delay after actually taking the photo where the Dslr doesn't, I find it very frustrating going back to my digital which I carry with me because it is so small...good luck with what ever you do....

thank you for your response. I have been taking that into consideration. However, I have some pressing engagements that requires that I do bring some sort of camera and I am afraid that I have been pressing my luck on borrowing some of my friends cam. I don't want to appear like a parasite.. lol
