i have seen a lot of movies of tom hank but this was something special something new he would be the most intelligent guy on the planet in movies like "Davinci code" or "angels and demons" and most ignorant guy in"The Terminal" but in this movie he is different and very best of his acting skills come into play it's really a movie worth seeing.

This is one of his best, but I think he was even better in "Philadelphia," another one of his great movies.

tom hanks is a really great actor. i liked him when he was just starting out with his tv show and Big and then as he moved on. i also love the movie apollo 13 (one of my favourite movies!)

This is one of my favorite movies and I haven't seen it in quite awhile. Probably my favorite of Tom Hanks' roles. He's able to really make the character believeable and also make you care about what happens to him. You can tell there's a lot more to Forrest than just being a mentally challenged guy that has some interesting things happen to him.
