To park the car at the handicapped parking spot needs the permit for it here in my country. The permit has to be hung upfront and must be visible to the public. Otherwise, should not park there at that spot. Yes, I have seen people parking there without the necessary permit. There can be action on those type of people.

There has been many cases like this. People just don't know how to follow instructions with regards to handicap parking spaces. It just annoys me when people like this occupy the parking slots.
I suggest that if you can't stop them from doing this better inform a person in authority.

People should not park in a disabled parking space in my home country unless they have a blue badge. A blue badge is given to physically disabled people that go in a car. The disabled person could be the driver or the passenger. My three and a half year old son is unable to walk so he has a blue badge. I only use this badge when I have him in my car.
It is terrible that people that don't deserve it are parking in the disabled parking space outside your home. If it happens again you could phone your local council. They are parking illegally unless they are disabled. I hope that people won't abuse the disabled parking space again. Good luck.

That happens a lot here in Manila especially when there's no one to call their attention like a traffic enforcer or even a security guard. But I've noticed that in areas where they really enforce the handicap parking rule, people really don't park on those slots. I guess the trick is to really enforce and implement rules to make people obey them.

I guess you could call the city and see if there is anything that can be done. Maybe if you can count and get an average a day they can send one out one day to start issuing tickets to people. Those spots are there for a reason and shouldn't be abused.
