If I use any paid platform for launching my own website, it will be available on the internet as long as I pay. But what will happen to it after my death? Will my heir be allowed to continue it if necessary payment is made as usual? Will it be treated as the natural property of my heir and my heir will be allowed to make any addition or alteration to it as and when required or whatever is desired by my heir as long as necessary payment is made or the site be automatically deleted as soon as news of my death reaches the table of the paid platform?

You may do that, have your heir inherit the site just like handing over other things when you die. As long as s/he knows your details and nautre of the site.

if you run a registered company in your country then your heir has to change the register name. Its all depend on you more..if you allow them by giving all the needed details like server login details, domain details and business module.they are allowed to run the business on your behalf it won't cause the problem.
