I don't think I can hold my breath that long, I've tried before but only for less than 30 seconds. But I've seen a fisherman near my place who can hold his breath for almost 15 minutes.

You can't. And you can't hold your breath until you die either. Because if u try you will always get scared and release your breath!

I think the record is a little under 10 minutes. If you hold your breath for half an hour. You will suffocate before the 30 minutes timer goes off.

Unless you are superhuman you will die! LOL! I don't think even the most serious yogis can do that. I wonder if there is an entry in the guiness book of world records for the longest breath holding ever?

what will happen if u do that ??... u will die or affect ur health ...so u will not do that ..same for every one
