Is running really an effective way to lose weight??

It is great for burning fat, but you still have to watch what you eat and do toning exercises to keep firm. Eating more fruits and vegetables and whole grains, is a start and get rid of white sugars and bleached products, these are really bad for you. Try to eat foods as close to their natural source as possible. For example, a fresh peach is much better than canned peaches, even if the canned fruit has no sugar, the older the fruit is, the less natural nutrients it has..

It also helps to pay attention to how much you eat. There are sites where you can determine how many calories a typical man or woman should consume in a day. If yu stay close to that limit, I am sure you will see some changes soon..

I can say that it is really good way to lose weight. I lost 30 kg when I was running. I stoped smoke and started to run. On first month I ran about 500 m but after 1 year I everyday run about 10 km. This is not a fast way but its really healthy.

If you want to reduce weight never cut off your food amount.instead switch to more liquid food and drink plenty of waters.the digestive system is slow down by water.jogging and stair walking is best way to reduce weight loss.one of my friend had such a big round tummy and stair walking really helped him a lot..now he doesn't have extra weight over his body.it took him around 7 month to get that tummy vanished.
