How to eat well without gaining weight?

That is always questions of my workmates because they are always gaining weight even if they are on dieting. share your opinion..

Simple! Consume no animal products as well as no refined sugar or flour products. Buy fresh organic produce. Filter your water. Do your research about exactly what is causing you to appear & feel fat. Hello veganbliss. Yeah, it is easy to talk that we don't have to eat animal products such as meat but hard to accept the reality about that. We can't guarantee , to didn't eat the meat, not taking sugar as well as the flour etc. The good thing is like this" Put the knife in our throat" meaning to say, exercising self control over our appetite when it tells us to eat a lot in a short time. Self control is one of the fruits of Spirit and that is ours by simply asking our heavenly Father for it. With his help, it will be easier to control the what, the where, the how. and the when to eat, making it easier to avoid putting on excess weight. Am I right? There's a bit more to it that I neglected to mention which would have helped. I was hoping you would conduct your own search for the info I mentioned which would have helped your understanding. These parasites actually secrete powerful chemicals that tell our brain exactly the type of food they want you to eat (hence "cravings"). So, there's more to it than just self-control. Eliminate the parasites, change your diet & your weight gain problem will be a thing of the past. It's not really as hard as you might think. All the Best

to eat without gaining weight,you should: 1. eat more fruits and vegetables. 2. eat good carbohydrates,like brown rice and wheat bread 3. drink more water 4. finds healthy alternatives of your favorite food.if you love ice cream,god for yogurt. 5. exercise,exercise,and exercise

Hello myname..you right, much better that we eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies..We need to eat slowly, savoring and chewing each mouthfull well because this will improve your digestion and help you to eat less than if you ate rapidly. In order not to gaining weight, we must eat regular times, and avoid snacking between meals. Set aside enough time for your meals, especially breakfast which should be our most important meal of the day. Follow this to avoid gaining weight. There's only one way to stop gaining and that to only eat what your body needs. Fats is the result of eating more that what your body can consume as energy. It is there so when you don't have energy it burns the fat to keep you alive. If a person is fat it means his eating more than his body needs.

Hello kameleon..Yeah, you have a point but sometimes, we need to eat exactly a good balance in order us to stop gaining weight. I ate a lot but i don't gain weight maybe because it's my body structure. if it's in the family, you really have to be very careful and choosy about food you eat. but there are those that do not eat much but still they continue to gain weight. Tell them to drink water 30 minutes before they eat their meal so that they may feel full and they will eat less.
