Is it possible to withdraw money PAYPAL to Indian address via CHEQUE??

Today I noticed that now the fee for withdrawing funds via cheque is zero.
that means paypal does'nt take any fee for cheque request, is it true?
What is the minimum amount that i can withdraw via cheque?
Is it possible to withdraw money to india via cheque?
will the nationalised banks in India acept these cheques??
Any one who have withdrawed money from paypal using cheque option, please answer these questions.

No worry about pay-pal cheque withdrawal...I have withdrew my 180$ cheque 2 month before..I got it within 10 days and it was in Indian rupees and I just put it in my account within 4 or 5 days cheque got cleared..There is no fees but you have to withdraw minimum 150$..

Yeah you can withdraw money from PayPal account via Cheque for free but the minimum amount for withdrawal is $150.
