How to train the kids to not to pee in his pant?

How do train your child to not to pee in they pany? Because it is feel so bad if we had to wear diaper all day. Because it can make allergy in their skins. And it can be wasting alot of your money to buy diapers.

May I ask what age is your daughter or son is? Because once they will grow they will be ashamed of that thing already. I have a student who still wears diapers in going to school he is just 3 yrs old. His classmates keeps on teasing him about the diapers. After 1 month he no longer wears diapers but he would really tells me that he would like to pee and we will go the rest room right away because he still could not control it to wait.
