I have developed fat since one year and now i am looking out of proportion. Although i have an average body i am a boy of 20 years old. So it feels bad when someone points to me that i am growing fat. So how can i reduce belly fat ? I am a red-black belt in taek-won-do and haven't practised in 1 year although i am good at it. So what do you think one can do to reduce belly fat like me? Should i do some particular exercise ?Any websites or information will be appreciated. I will be grateful if mylot friends and elders solve my little problem.Bye.

I am not familiar with exercises, I don't really work-outs and my household chores are enough to make me perspire a little bit. I have read that crunches and sit-ups tone down belly muscles so you can start working on that. There are lot of exercise videos on youtube and should you have time, you can search for them. Also, watch what you eat, there are foods that easily makes us heavy so I suggest that you eat lots of fruits and vegetables, a little rice and a little meat. Hope this help and good luck!

I am a judo man also and I believed that it has anything to do with what food you eat, your routine as you have to discipline your self, exercise like jogging will help you maintain your figure as okay.Eat foods that has low fat labels,or avoid eating too much carbohydrates.Standing a while after eating will also help reduce you "belly"to get a lower-apple shaped rid of it.

i'm actually have that similar problem and i don't even exercise or anything. i'm not active but because the problem was a little too much for me, i started going to play badminton for an hour. it's been 3 days since i started and my whole body is aching but i don't think that helps much with belly fat. that's just for the health benefit. i'm starting on doing crunches and maybe leg exercise. as in, i lie down on a mat, lift up both my legs and basically bring them up and down without moving my hands and other parts of body, just my legs. i think that helps the stomach a little but this too i'm only starting. i'm not doing sit ups yet as my husband is too busy to hold my feet while my kids are too small and i don't have any furniture to hook my feet and all. as for food, well i'm not doing any dieting there. i actually eat junk food and all which is actually not good. basically my eating habits are not good but it's hard to let go of a habit. i'll try but i can't say for sure hehe.

It sounds like you pretty well know what to do. I am a yellow belt in taekwondo. I cannot continue in it presently but I still practice the forms I know. That can be a pretty good work out if you practice for about 30 minutes each night. Then you can take up another active pasttime. It can be hiking, riding a bike or just walking. All of those can help a whole lot.

Exercise, diet should do the trick. I am also doing this because I want to lose weight. Why dont you go back to practising taekwando.

Good thing that you have a sport. I think this always happens for people who stops exercising or being active. I think that with proper eating habits and being back to the sport that you are good with should do it. You will become leaner and feel healthier in no time. Just focus on your goal now and you will have it.
