TRANSFERRING MONEY from one Paypal account to another Paypal account ????

Hi friends,I have a doubt about transferring money from 1 PAYPAL account to anothe PAYPAL account. The both accountts are of Indians. My friend have some money in his PAYPAL account,which is less than $10. So by March he may lost his money if its is there. As it is less than $10 he cant withdraw it to the bank. So he said that he will send his money to my paypal account(have more than $10) and I will withdraw it to my bank account and give him his money. So is it possible to do it. When I check the option "SENDING MONEY" there they are asking 1.email id to which amount is to be sent. 2.Amount in $. 3.Purpose(ebay or goods or service). What purpose should I choose. I hope I should give the purpose as "SERVICES". Is there any minimum or maximum limit for sending money? And is there any fees for sending and receiving money? What is the fees for it?
