I'm trying to lose some weight

In the past few months I have been trying (without much success) to lose a few pounds. The thing is I'm quite lazy and don't really like exercising that much... I'm wondering, have you come across a diet or other way to lose weight, but that would not affect the overall health? And not require ages at the gym, of course :)

The secret of wight lose sound very easy: You just need to burn more calories than you gain. The best thing to do this is not exercise at the gym like everybody think, the best way are Aerobic exercise, the cheaps and the hardest way is to start doing along walks or runs, the coolest expansive way will be to sign to an aerobic class with there a fitness guy will force you to more in a fun way and with a long of music.. Good Luck, believe in yourself and stop being lazy :)
