Yoga is very good for keeping our health good. Yoga is a very nice procedure to prevents disease. I like yoga but due to lack of time I could not able to do yoga regularly. I see that when I was students I used to do yoga regularly and I prevented many disease. Yoga help us for proper blood circulation in our body. Regular yoga can increase our life time.
