Stepping into Saint Iker's boot is a big task. I think Antonio Adam did a good job on one performance. But we need to see his performance on a regular basis to really start comparing him with Casillas. But it would be great for Real to have some competition for Iker for his position.
Cheers!

I totally agree with ram.
More than that, Casillas is not 20 any more, and Real need to think of who will replace him when the time comes. Even if Antonio Adam won't be able to replace him, I think promoting young players and testing them is the right thing to do, and the only way of producing new players. Buying everything is not always the best solution. Foreign players find it easy to move from a club to another. Players created by the club, on the other hand, are faithful to the club.

Antonio Adam did well yesterday, but he is not close to be as good as Iker Casillas. Casillas is the best goalkeeper in the world. If Adan should replace Casillas, then he should be much better. I don't think it will happen in the next 4-5 years, but maybe one day, when Casillas doesn't play football anymore.
