Can Indians earn from ptc, as paypal mademany ristrictions for indians frm march

I don't think there is anything new in what paypal has said. It is Govt. of India's circular that you can not keep your money outside the country for long. This has been the stance of G.O.I. all along. They had been little linient of recent because of huge foreign exchange reserve. What the circular says that you have to transfer the money to the Indian banks as soon as you receive it in paypal. If you want to invest outside you can do so directly through paypal within certain amount. I don't think that is going to b that big a problem.
