received gift from my hubby last night..

Hello careguarden, Wow that is some gift your husband gave you. YOu are very lucky he loves you so much to do this for you. How long have you been married? My boyfriend gave a wonderful basket of flowers: Spring flowers like red tulips, pink hyacnths, yellow daffadiles and tow other red flowers and best part is I can plant them outside since they are bulb flowers and see them next year. I was surprised because he chewed me out for inadverntly leaving the refrigerator door open which I thought was closed and I went to work feeling kinda crummy. He made up for it and he even was worried about it affected me he did not mean to be so harsh about it especially on Valentines day. I did not received anything from my husband but he's with me when I have to attend to my sick old mother! His being there is enough for me to appreciate him more!

Hey that' the nice one. For me my hubby took for candle dinner and also given new dress as valentine gift

That's very sweet careguarden and I'm happy for you. Me and my partner celebrated it with a simple dinner out. I personally feel that valentines need not to celebrate on feb. 14 only. It can be celebrated any day of the week. We always see to it that everyday is a Valentine for us.
