I think that both men and women have the equal capabilities of being responsible people. It all depends on the situation and the kind of person you are to begin with. Some people are naturals at reponsibility while others strive to learn it.

I really don't think that responsibility has to do with gender. It has to do with the individual. I know some people (some men, others are women) aren't responsible. I know a lot of people as well who are responsible. Some are men and other women. It really does depend on the person.

I like to agree with that statement. 50/50 is ideal in any relationship. Depends on the character of the man and the woman.

It depends on the person if he really is responsible. In marriage , long ago , the notion is for men to work while the women take care of the children. But because of the modernization and the women were given the chance to study and have a career, either of them can work and take care of the children. If one of them has a full time job , the other who don't have can take care of the children. It's also a give and take relationship.

Yeah I think it matters about the individual and not the gender. If someone is irresponsible, then their irresponsible regardless of their gender. I just focus on the person and how good of an individual they are, and it just seems that the responsibility will come.
