Who did not antagonizing others. When I first joined the company, I was introduced to a colleague. And they also added that "he is very gentle. Since he was in this company, never antagonizing anyone and no one hates him." I'm curious about this. I noticed that we can not be a perfect person. As a people, we can be the person injured, the other hated, can not be without antagonizing anyone. Later I realized, my colleague never antagonizing anyone because he was very little talk, no opinions and never speak up if they faced a real peace. He took only reinforced how pleased everyone. Making a such person is really good?

We call such people "yes men" because all they ever say is "yes, yes, yes" no matter what. They get ahead by stroking everyone's egos and making them feel smart, so they get promoted.

I sometimes think that they're very good in. I can't do like them. I'll feel uncomfortable if I must say "yes" but my heart doesn't want to do that.

i think this person plays it safe by not antagonizing others, or he is really the calm type of person who hates fights or arguments. it's really not wrong if we avoid conflicts. hey, we just want to live in a peaceful world (world peace, remember?)... but the problem is, are we really playing democratic or we are just afraid of the consequences if we voice our real opinions? observe your colleague and see if he is the real type of a calm person or the person who plays meek because he didn't want any conflict with anyone... have a great day! - kat
