Tottenham threw the gauntlet by mauling AC Milan at San Siro. Though the final score was just 1-0 in favor of Tottenham, they really gave AC Milan and hiding. Only after Pato came on in the second half did AC Milan seem to have some fight in them. Do you think that Tottenham can wrap up this in the return leg at White Hart Lane? Cheers! Ram

The game itself was played in bad spirits marred by the clash between Gattuso and Tottenham coach who earlier played for Rossoneri. There were many tackles from both sides including the horrendous one by Flamini on Corluka. Peter Crouch scored the goal in the end. I seriously did not enjoy the game. We want to see football and not wrestling. Just hope match between Barcelona and Arsenal fulfills that wish.

I think both Flamini and Gattuso were lucky to be on the pitch for full 90 minutes. Both deserved a red card. The challenge on Corluka was real bad. Cheers! Ram

But some of the greatest captains have been short tempered. Remember Patrick Viera, Roy Keane... But you are right Gattuso has not come out as a good captain at all. Cheers! Ram

Actually I was surprised as to how Pato did not start instead of Seedorf. First half, Milan were really bad. They were ok after Pato came on, but at no point did they look like winning. But Gomez did have to pull off a couple of neat saves. Cheers! Ram

Hi ram, This week results for Champion League games is very interesting. Of all the team that I predict can win this week game, only one of them manage to do it, which is Tottenham Hotspur. I expected that Barcelona and AS Roma can come out as a winner from this week game but fail to do so. I believe Tottenham Hotspur can win this second round tie agains AC Milan and qualify for quarter final. They won at San Siro without several key players or need to field a few unfit players but still manage to win the game away. So, it is very logical that they can do it more in front of their own fans at White Hart Lane. Good luck Spurs.

What's more, each of these matches were exciting. If anything the match between AC Milan and Tottenham was a bit less exciting compared to the others. Cheers! Ram

Milan was shockingly weak in the first half, I was expecting much from them.In the second half Milan had some great opportunities, especially Yepes, but Gomes was in a great form and closed his goal. Two other things have to be mentioned:Gattuso headbutting the Tottenham official and Flamini making a terrible tackle, injuring Corluka. I think both of them deserve severe suspensions.

You are right, till Pato came on Milan was really poor. Gomes was really good especially the two saves that he made against Yepes. Cheers! Ram

I still think this match is open. Of course the result yesterday was perfect for Tottenham, but it's champions league and everything can happen.

An away goal is a big advantage in Champions League and that might just tilt the scales in favor of Tottenham. Cheers! Ram

yes, for sure it is, but sometimes Tottenham plays like a middle team. If they do that Milan will win in London.
